I started using Strava mid way through 2019, to track my runs, bike rides, and hikes. In November I also started using C25K app, to help me get better at running, but I have not used it that much. I am not really enjoying running as much as I prefer the bike. I have also used Seven app for the last 3 years or so, to track my 7 minute workouts, but have stopped using it since I started running more. For Seven, I have 91 workouts in total.
